Adam Brown, Managing Partner: Adam leads the Property Management division of Louise Beck Properties. Adam’s focus is ensuring property management client’s benefit from the most innovative and proven management techniques. Adam’s management style was influenced by his experiences as a nuclear Submarine Officer where attention to detail, organization, and error free results were paramount. Adam holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, a Masters of Engineering Management from Old Dominion, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.  Louise Beck, Advisor: Louise Beck began Louise Beck Properties, Inc. in 1993 to assist with her own real estate investment portfolio.  Soon she began managing properties for colleagues, friends, and family.  Louise was born and raised in North Carolina and has been a Realtor for over 30 years, serving the greater parts of the triangle.  Louise is not involved in the day to day operations of the company, but does hold an advisory position for both the sales and property management divisions.

Debbie Huff, Property Manager - Tenant Liason: Debbie has an extensive background in accounting and property management. Her primary functions include fielding maintenance requests from tenants, approving work orders, and coordinating vendors. Debbie also serves as the point of contact for Home Owners Associations.  Lisa Albert, Property Manager - Owner Liason: Lisa’s primary functions include managing move-in/move-out inspections and choreographing the turnover process between tenants. Lisa ensures Security Deposits are adjudicated in a timely manner and that properties look wonderful prior to a new tenant taking possession.  Lynne Trauberman, Leasing Agent: Lynne manages all correspondence with prospective tenants, and is responsible for coordinating showings and writing leases.  Marian Kirk, Marketing Coordinator: Marian is responsible for all aspects of marketed rental and sales properties.
