We encourage you to take advantage of Louise Beck Properties’ exclusive “hand delivered” deposit service. Choose from our list of banks with local branches and we will hand deliver rent proceeds to the bank at the end of each month. This service expedites your receipt of funds and eliminates the opportunity for the check to be “lost in the mail.” Louise beck Properties is not responsible for checks lost in the mail or the cost to stop payment and resend.
