STEPS TO RENTING FROM LBP
- You must drive by and see the outside of the property before the inside showing will be arranged. This policy saves your time and ours by reducing the chance that you will not like the home or the area once you arrive, and decide not to go inside.
2. Fill out an Application. After viewing the inside of the property complete an application, available from the Downloads link on the left. If you are a student a parental endorsement may be required, this form is also available on the download page.
- Every person who is planning to live in the unit must fill out a separate application and each of you must pay the $40 application fee.
- Applications will not be processed until fees have been received and all information is complete.
- APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU (or someone you have designated) HAVE SEEN THE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
3. Louise Beck Properties, Inc. will now process your application. Common delays are:
- Submitting and incomplete application or providing inaccurate information. Start off on the right foot and be thorough and honest on your application.
- Difficulty obtaining rental reference from your current Landlord. You can help by asking your Landlord to expedite our request for information.
4. Sign a Lease. A lease signing will be set up no later than 2 business days following approval of your application. The lease signing consists of the following:
- Watch a 10 minute video explaining your responsibilities as a Tenant.
- Review lease with our Leasing Agents. Don’t be shy. Ask questions!
- Security deposit and any other applicable fees (Pet Fee) are due at Lease signing.

5. Establish Utilities in Your Name. We will provide you the list of applicable utilities. It is your responsibility to ensure they are in your name on the day your Lease begins. 6. Pick up your keys! On your move-in day you will pick up your keys your move-in information packet from Louise Beck Properties, Inc. office. Your first month’s rent is due at this time |
