Nearly every real estate agent has access to the local Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and uses it as a tool to find homes for their buyers as well as help price homes for those that are to be listed for sale. All of Think Louise Beck properties are included on the MLS system with the following options (where applicable):

The Triangle Multiple Listing Service utilizes a company called CSS (Centralized Showing Service) to handle all showings for Triangle MLS member agents. CSS allows sellers to receive e-mails with showing appointments and agent feedback. This valuable feedback allows our Listing Agents to quickly respond to any problems that may be hindering an offer. It is also useful in confirming that a house is priced correctly and shows well. Your Listing Agent automatically receives e-mail confirmation of all showings, and any feedback received from agents who’ve seen the property, allowing us to keep informed of exactly what’s happening with your home. |
