1. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Louise Beck Properties, Inc. “Rules and Regulations” section of your lease. This document contains a wealth of information on, for example, paying rent, submitting a maintenance request, or turning-on utilities. It’s often helpful to print a copy of our “Rules and Regulations” and keep them somewhere that’s easily accessible, should you need to refer back to them in the future. 2. Don’t wait to schedule your utilities to be turned-on in your name! Utilities will be turned-off in our name regardless of whether or not you have scheduled them to be switched into your name. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations section of your lease for which utility companies service your new home.

3. When you pick up keys to your new home you will receive a New Tenant Folder in which you will find, among other things, a Move-In Inspection and a Maintenance Request Form. In order for us to provide you with the best possible service (including responding to maintenance problems), it’s essential that you complete the Move-In Inspection and return it to us within 10 days of the day you pick-up your keys. The Move-In Inspection is your opportunity to indicate issues with the property existing prior to your occupancy. Note that the Move-In Inspection is NOT a Maintenance Request. If you find something that needs to be repaired, you must submit a Maintenance Request on line through the tenant portal, or in writing. If you have misplaced your Move-In Inspection, you may download them by clicking on the link below. Download the “Move-In Inspection Form
